Dentist Drama

Just yesterday I got two teeth pulled to make room because I had a little crowding problem. First off for the day I had my friend come over to get my mind off it. Then the time came to go to the dentist's office. At first when I came in she rubbed on a little numbing lotion and put two shots in my mouth. then she started pulling. On the tooth she started on it hurt so she was going to put more numbing shots on later and start on the next. That one came out real easy. Then she put some numbing shots in and it still hurt. She had to put in 3 more shots. Finally it came out. Later we went to the mall to get me a pair of shoes which was my prize for getting my teeth pulled. I got a new pair of uggs for winter. There, one cheek felt huge because she had to numb it 4 times. For each tooth I got ten dollars from the tooth fair so it added up to twenty dollars. In my opinions that was worth it!!!

These are my cute new shoes that I can't wear yet because it is stinkin' hot! But can't you just picture them with a jean skirt and leggings!!!

Birthday Bash

  On Saturday the 29Th of May uncle, my aunt, sister, and I went to do super fun things to celebrate my b-day. First, we went to get a car wash because her car got egged last night. There we bought some candy to eat in the car. Then, they told us what we were going to do next. We were going to the Sawdust Factory!!!!! There we made beautiful flower signs to hang up in our room. 

In the morning, before uncle came, Millie was saying, "Uncle Poo Poo coming tomorrow," so we caught up with our mom and Millie at Taco Bell to eat lunch. Millie loved him more than anything. More than my mom or dad.  Next, we went ice skating. I am not the best but pretty good.  Then, we saw Up in 3D at Imax. Addie fell asleep during half of it. 

In my opinion, this was the best day in my life so far.

My Opinion on My Teacher

My teacher is retiring this year so I wrote her a thank you note:

Dear Mrs. Flaherty,

           Thank you soooo much for a great school year! I have learned a lot in Social Studies, Reading, and Writing. I LOVE getting new books to read in reading groups.  My favorite writing assignment was when we wrote about our giants. Mine turned out really good. I never knew Upland became a city by a single vote. I learned a bunch more this year. I think you are a “one of a kind” teacher because you are so excited about everything you teach and that makes me interested in it also.  My favorite part of being in your class was when you told us stories, like about the invitation disaster for the bridal shower, and when the plumber left the water on and flooded your kitchen.  I had never thought about being a lawyer before, but when you said I could be the next Elle Woods, I thought that sounded pretty cool.  I will definitely look you up one day if I do become Elli King, Attorney At Law!  Thanks for being a great teacher and I hope you enjoy spending time with your family.  I will miss you and my mom is sad you can’t be my sister’s teacher.  My blog is ellisopinions.blogspot.com so you can keep in touch!

Go Go Getty

This Friday for school who went to the Getty Museum? I did for sure! I saw a ton of great pictures and then took pictures of them. On the bus rides I sat with random people so to keep from not getting bored I took pictures of myself and stared at them. When I got bored of that one picture I took another and stared. Spring Break Fun

My spring break is here! For spring break I  first went to one of my best friend's house for a sleep over! There we watched two movies, stayed up to twelve, and had a lot of fun! On Tuesday we went to my Grandma Joyce's house for a great tea party.  We ate strawberry lemonade, cupcakes, strawberries, and hot dogs for lunch. Later on Wednesday we drove out to my favorite hotel the Hyatt. There we got to go to the regency club and have cookies! We also got to swim a lot and go down a slide. It was in my opinions the funnest spring break ever even though funnest is not a word.

Beach Girl

On Tuesday, I ditched school and went to the beach! Some of our friends from Arizona were there. Their names were Jessica, Jacklyn, Lizzy, and Jenna. There we jumped big waves. Later I relaxed in the sun which got me sunburned. While the other girls were playing in the sand I made my name out of seashells. It spelled Elli's Sea Shells so no one would take them when I left. Millie got sick so she did not have as much fun as me and Addie did. In my opinions that beach day was  the best!

My mom let me have a sleep over because of our no school on Friday for Abe's birthday and Addie got invited to another sleep over. I picked my friend Maddie. One of the things we did was playing board games. The two games we played were the Game of Life and Blockus. I won the Game of Life and we tied for Blockus.  In the morning we made french toast and ate it.  Before she left we did a play and showed my mom. In my opinion he is my favorite president!
